Neatorama recently reminded me that there was nothing quite-so-80's as Falco's horribly campy/brilliantly pretentious "Rock Me Amadeus". The "Amadeus-Amadeus" chorus is as much a part of my childhood memories as my own mother, and had more to do with making that ridiculous movie a hit as any Oscar nod.
